Hiren Patel

Hiren studied Mechanical Drafting and Estimating in India.  His entrepreneurial background includes owning and profitably operating several convenience stores and hotels throughout this illustrious career as an entrepreneur.  Hiren’s commitment to quality has always been displayed through his successful execution of high-quality renovations which he routinely completes on time and under budget. Today, Hiren lends his depth of knowledge and skill set to several Evergreen projects while simultaneously owning and operating successful hospitality assets in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. During construction of Tigard and Sherwood Hampton Inn Hiren was involved with responding and coordinating the RFI’s with Architect, Super and other team members including VE discussion to trim the cost and also was in charge of coordinating the install of all owner provided FF&E along with the purchasing of the items.
