Danielle is an accomplished executive assistant offering 24 years of administrative experience reporting to a CEO and other top executives. She is a consummate professional dedicated to making the lives of busy executives easier. She serves as an effective gatekeeper; prepares well-researched and accurate documents; manages busy calendars; and efficiently handles daily office tasks.
Prior to joining the Evergreen team, Danielle provided administrative and business support to the CEO of Lockhart Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate broker specializing in charitable bargain and sale transactions and hospitality brokerage and consulting services nationwide. Danielle maintained the CEO’s calendar -- planned and scheduled meetings, teleconferences, and travel. From 1995 to 2017 Danielle provided administrative and human resource support to Executive Director of Holladay Park Plaza a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community.
She served as recording secretary for the board of directors and various sub-committees. Guided new department managers in becoming acclimated to the organization’s systems and protocols, and managed all areas of human resources to include recruitment, onboarding, employee recognition and retention, benefits, and succession planning. Danielle joined Evergreen Hospitality in November 2019 where she works alongside Janie assisting with accounting and HR.
