John Rank

John grew up in a small town in Central Oregon by the Smith Rock as a child of a farmer. Carpentry came naturally to him, and in 1990 he started working as an Estimator, Project Manager, and Superintendent on several multifamily projects from garden level to high rise projects. He later received a BS in Management with a focus on PMI. Building great relationships with quality Subcontractors is vital as a PM to deliver projects on time and on budget. No project is the same and each one has its own challenges, but John loves facing those challenges head on with integrity and honesty, it’s what keeps him motivated. John joined Evergreen Hospitality Development Group in 2021 as Director of Construction.
